Job Opportunity: Integrated Account Manager

LevelUp Holdings is seeking a proactive and dynamic Integrated Account Manager (M/F – 1 Post) to join our team in Thailand. In this pivotal role, you will manage existing client relationships and expand our client base throughout Thailand, ensuring high client satisfaction while driving business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. Assess client needs and provide tailored solutions aligning with their business goals.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Thailand through strategic planning, networking, and participation in industry events.
  • Growth Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with the growth team to implement effective growth strategies and provide insights to refine offerings and approaches.
  • Account Growth: Develop innovative strategies to enhance client engagement, providing ideas that foster mutual growth.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on account performance, using data-driven insights to guide improvements in account management.
  • Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary contact for client concerns, efficiently resolving issues to maintain trust and prevent escalations.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Partner with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to create cohesive client experiences and achieve business goals.
  • Clientele Management: Focus on managing omni-channel strategies, including social, digital, trade, event, and performance marketing.
Qualifications:
  • Language & Cultural Understanding: Thai natives preferred. Foreigners fluent in Thai, with a strong understanding of Thai culture and consumer insights, are also encouraged to apply.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record in account management or sales, preferably within the tech or payments industry.
  • Skills: Strong sales techniques and client management abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in Thai and English.
